Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Love Always website, host portal, digital invitation services, RSVP experiences and related support. “Love Always”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the team operating these services.

A host may invite guests to submit information through an event page. In that situation, Love Always processes the guest information to provide the service to the host.

Depending on how you use Love Always, we may collect:

• Google account information: your name, email address and profile image when you choose Google Sign-In.
• Host profile information: name, email address, phone number, country and gender.
• Project and event information: event details, preferred invitation URL, design requirements, content, images, files and form questions supplied to us.
• Guest and RSVP information: names, attendance responses, meal preferences, messages and other answers requested by the host.
• Technical and security information: browser, device, IP address, authentication records, timestamps, error logs and activity needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Communications: messages and information shared when you contact our team for service or support.

Please avoid submitting sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary for your event.

We use personal information to:

• create and authenticate host accounts;
• prepare, review, host and maintain digital invitations;
• collect and display RSVP responses for the relevant host;
• communicate about projects, service updates and support;
• protect accounts, investigate errors and prevent misuse;
• understand and improve service performance; and
• meet applicable legal and operational requirements.

We do not sell personal information or use Google profile information for advertising.

If you use Google Sign-In, Love Always requests only the basic profile information needed to identify you and create your account: your name, email address and profile image. We do not receive or ask for your Google password.

We use this information only for authentication, account setup, profile pre-filling and service communications. Account and profile records are stored through our authentication and database provider. We do not use Google user data to train advertising or artificial intelligence models.

You can revoke Love Always' Google access from your Google Account. Revocation stops future authorisation but does not automatically delete information already stored in your Love Always account. Contact us if you would like that information deleted.

Love Always' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We share information only where needed to operate the service, including with providers that support authentication, database and file storage, website hosting, communications and technical support. Our current core providers include Google, Supabase and Vercel.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a legitimate business reorganisation. Providers may process information in countries other than your own and are expected to protect it under their agreements and applicable law.

We keep information while an account or project is active and for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, maintain security records and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated access and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect access to your Google account and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

Love Always uses essential cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in sessions, security and core site functions. We do not use these essential technologies to sell personal information.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing or direct marketing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Hosts can also ask us to correct or remove event and RSVP records. Guests should identify the event concerned so that we can locate the relevant response.

Host accounts are intended for adults. If a host collects information about a child for an event, the host is responsible for obtaining any permission required from a parent or guardian and requesting only what is necessary.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect.
