Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Love Always website, host portal, digital invitations or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them.

Project quotations, order confirmations or written agreements may include additional terms. If a project-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific term will apply to that project.

Love Always provides custom digital invitation experiences and supporting services. Depending on the project, this may include host onboarding, design and content preparation, event pages, custom URL paths, RSVP forms, guest response tracking and project support.

Features may change as the service develops. The exact deliverables, schedule and price for paid work are those confirmed in the relevant quotation or order.

Host accounts are intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your host account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised access.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service, or where these terms have been materially breached.

Hosts are responsible for:

• providing complete and accurate event information;
• having permission to use all names, images, music, trademarks and other content supplied to Love Always;
• reviewing spelling, dates, times, locations, links, RSVP questions and other details before approval;
• informing guests how their information will be used and requesting only information genuinely needed for the event; and
• using the service lawfully and respectfully.

Hosts should not request highly sensitive guest information through an RSVP form unless it is necessary and they have an appropriate lawful basis or consent.

Hosts may request a preferred invitation path or slug. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may reject or adjust a request that is misleading, unlawful, infringes another person's rights, creates a security risk or conflicts with an existing project.

Unless a separate custom-domain service is agreed, invitation pages remain hosted as part of the Love Always service.

We will provide the review and revision opportunities stated in the project agreement. A host's approval confirms that the host has checked the supplied details and authorises the approved version to be prepared for publication.

Changes requested after approval may affect the delivery schedule or price. Love Always will not intentionally publish a paid invitation before the required project approval has been recorded.

RSVP features help a host collect and organise guest responses. Love Always does not independently verify whether a response is accurate or whether a person is authorised to respond for another guest.

Hosts must use guest information only for appropriate event purposes and protect any exports or copies they obtain from the service.

Pricing, deposits, payment milestones, included revisions, cancellations and refunds are governed by the quotation or order accepted for the project. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, work may be paused while an overdue payment or required host decision remains outstanding.

Hosts retain ownership of original content they supply and grant Love Always permission to use that content to deliver and support the project. Hosts confirm that they have the rights needed to grant that permission.

Love Always retains ownership of its software, systems, templates, tools, reusable design elements, methods and pre-existing materials. The host receives the usage rights described in the relevant project agreement for the completed invitation.

You must not use Love Always to:

• break the law, deceive, harass or harm another person;
• infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
• upload malicious code or interfere with service security;
• gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or infrastructure;
• send unsolicited or abusive communications; or
• misrepresent your identity or relationship to an event.

The service relies on third-party providers for functions such as Google Sign-In, hosting, database services, file storage and external links. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Love Always is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We work to keep invitations and the host portal available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents, internet failures and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.

To the extent permitted by law, Love Always is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate host content, guest decisions, third-party failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

You may stop using the service or request account closure. We may end or suspend access for a serious breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment under an accepted order. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment, intellectual property, liability and dispute provisions—survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We encourage both parties to first try to resolve a concern in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
